Each year, the OLS Basketball team plays at the Prudential Center (during halftime of a Seton Hall basketball game).
The Basketball program is open to all students in Grades K-8. Boys and girls teams are fielded in three different age groups: Varsity (7th & 8th grade), Junior Varsity (5th & 6th grade) and 3rd-4th grade. The basketball season runs from mid-November through early March. In addition, the school hosts the annual February Frenzy tournament, which runs for 10 days and draws some of the best Catholic school teams from the area.
Little Crusaders
Students in grades PreK to 2 are invited to join in the “Little Crusaders” basketball clinic, held on Saturday mornings from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. from the beginning of December until mid-February.
